MAPE and PREPS are joining forces once again to present the Mississippi Education Partnership Conference and Governor's Awards luncheon. These annual events are attended by representatives of public school districts statewide and include networking opportunities, informative speakers and enriching learning sessions that address Mississippi's most relevant educational issues and challenges.
During the Governor's Awards luncheon, MAPE will present the inaugural Education Heroes Award to Dr. Virgil Belue, former superintendent of the Clinton Public School District and one of Mississippi's leading advocates for improved public schools. Release the news release about Dr. Belue's award.
